  • How do you respond to these stressors factor
  • What you usually do to make yourself feel better

2. Exercise regularly

Exercising can help increase the production of endorphins in the body. Endorphins are hormones released by the body when you feel sick or experience stress. In addition, endorphins are also able to relieve pain and increase feelings of well-being.

The body can release this hormone by exercising or doing other fun activities, such as having a massage, eating, and spending time with your loved ones.

3. Implement a healthy diet

The next tip to manage stress is to adopt a healthy diet. The reason is, the consumption of healthy food is an important part of self-care. Therefore, try to enjoy a variety of healthy foods in your daily diet, for example, fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Nutritious food will also help to improve your mood and brain capabilities.

4. Avoid bad habits

You can do the meditation indoors or outdoors, any place that can allow you to concentrate without distractions.
